Ultraviolette Automotive, the Indian electric vehicle startup, has introduced the Ultraviolette F99 Factory Racing Platform at EICMA 2023, marking it as the fastest electric motorcycle produced in India.

The F99 boasts a liquid-cooled powertrain with a peak power output of 90 kW and an impressive top speed of 265kmph. Accelerating from 0-100 in just 3 seconds, the motorcycle introduces unprecedented features, including active aerodynamics with winglets and ducts strategically placed for optimal performance.

The F99's active aero elements extend to winglets called 'Air Blades' on the side panels, dynamically adjusting to lean angles to enhance downforce during cornering. The motorcycle features a steel hybrid frame, an aluminum swingarm, carbon fiber bodywork, and weighs in at a mere 178kg.

With a wheelbase of 1400mm, 120/70 R17 front and 180/55 R17 rear tire setup, the F99 gets a gold USD fork and monoshock suspension. The active aerodynamics are further emphasized by electronically actuated winglets on the side panels, adapting in real-time to optimize performance during leans.

The production version of the Ultraviolette F99 is slated for a global launch in 2025, promising to bring its groundbreaking features to a wider audience.
